Alex Folnagy, 31, of Somerset, was the sole occupant of the 2010 Nissan Altima that crashed head-on with a 2018 Jeep Wrangler just before 7:25 a.m. on Amwell Road near South Middlebush Road in Franklin Township, Franklin Township police said.
Folnagy was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver and passenger of the Wrangler sustained non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
A GoFundMe campaign says Folnagy leaves behind a 3-year-old daughter, Julianna, and his girlfriend, Danielle.
The campaign had raised more than $15,600 as of press time.
The crash is under investigation, police said.
